{"id":4350,"date":"2024-09-05T18:36:35","date_gmt":"2024-09-05T18:36:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expoalfa.com.ar\/alfalfa\/?p=4350"},"modified":"2024-09-05T18:56:07","modified_gmt":"2024-09-05T18:56:07","slug":"tecnologias-de-alto-impacto-en-el-negocio-de-la-alfalfa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expoalfa.com.ar\/alfalfa\/tecnologias-de-alto-impacto-en-el-negocio-de-la-alfalfa\/","title":{"rendered":"Tecnolog\u00edas de alto impacto en el negocio de la alfalfa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Cl\u00faster de Alfalfa de C\u00f3rdoba, de manera conjunta con el INTA, llevaron a cabo un encuentro de capacitaci\u00f3n del que participaron socios y productores que conforman la cadena alfalfera.<\/p><p>En la Bolsa de Cereales de C\u00f3rdoba, analizaron dos tecnolog\u00edas de alto impacto para el negocio de alfalfa:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El riego por aspersi\u00f3n, capaz de multiplicar la producci\u00f3n r\u00e1pidamente<\/li>\n\n<li>Secado mediante inyecci\u00f3n de aire caliente \u2013 con el sistema Chinook-, que hace posible el aprovechamiento de un alto porcentaje de la producci\u00f3n lograda evitando deterioros a campo.<\/li><\/ul><p>Esta jornada, que cont\u00f3 con unos 50 asistentes (presencial y streaming), fue de doble turno y permiti\u00f3 sumar herramientas para una mayor tecnificaci\u00f3n y profesionalizaci\u00f3n de los sistemas productivos alfalferos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En un encuentro de capacitaci\u00f3n se abordaron dos temas claves para mejorar la producci\u00f3n: Riego y Secado.
